For fundraising goals met as part of this checkpoint, pick from any of the following (or make up your own):
You can go for more traditional feats of strength, endurance and perseverance or you can get creative.
All activities in full hockey gear (or as much gear as possible):
1 Yoga pose (Tree pose, Warrior pose, etc.) - Hold position for 10 seconds
Jumping jacks - How many can you do in 21 seconds?
Sit-ups - 21 seconds
Push Ups - 21 seconds
Plank for 21 seconds
Jump rope for 10 seconds
1 cartwheel OR somersault
Burpees OR Mountain climbers for 10 seconds
Bend a sippy straw full of liquid
While standing in the rain, attempt to catch every rain drop around you, using only your hockey stick - and remain completely dry
